
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

By booking a session or service through https://hecatessoul.com, you agree to the following Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Appointment Cancellations
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 18 hours before your appointment will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 18 hours before your scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.
Missed Appointments / No-Shows
Missed appointments, forgotten bookings, or failure to attend at the scheduled time will be considered a forfeiture of the session and are non-refundable.
It is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment time and be available and on time.
Rescheduling Appointments
All rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
If rescheduling is requested within less than 48 hours, standard cancellation terms apply (see above).
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No
extensions or refunds will be provided for late arrivals.
Service Provider Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Hecate’s Soul needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered either:

A full refund

A rescheduled session at no additional cost
Digital Services & Energetic Preparation
Please note that tarot and spiritual sessions involve energetic preparation and reserved time. Once a session is booked, this time is held exclusively for you.
For this reason, refund requests outside the stated policy will not be accommodated.
Agreement
By booking any service through this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
