1. Digital Products (Downloads, Guides, Files, Courses)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Tarot Readings & Spiritual Services
All tarot readings, oracle readings, and spiritual services are non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds are only available in accordance with the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy outlined on this Site.
Because these services involve time, energetic preparation, and personalised insight, refunds are not offered for:

By booking a reading, you acknowledge that results are subjective and interpretive in nature.
3. Appointment-Based Services
Refunds for cancelled appointments are handled strictly according to the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

18–48 hours notice: 50% refund

Less than 18 hours notice or no-show: No refund

4. Incorrect Orders or Technical Issues
If you receive the wrong digital product or experience a technical delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours so we can correct the issue.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any chargebacks.
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from future services.
